Successfully accompany entrepreneurial change in large companies

In the past few weeks, I have read many newspaper articles dealing with the success of Tesla and the decline of the ‘old’ automotive industry. In few articles, besides the obvious genius of Elon Musk and the tour de force of Tesla, it is also mentioned how difficult the change in content and culture is for the old, established and still ‘successful’ companies.

From our experience, we know that change in companies can only occur on the basis of a shared understanding of strategy, a will to change and an idea for the future.
